"I reached out with what I thought was..."
I reached out with what I thought was a simple question, but the replies I got were really vague and didn’t seem to address what I actually asked. It felt like no one really read my message, and I was just left in the dark trying to figure it out on my own. Frustrating experience overall.

"Progress tracking just didn’t feel dependable"
I signed up mostly because the progress tracking sounded useful, but quickly I got the feeling it wasn’t something I could really trust. It just felt off from the start, like the system wasn’t keeping up with what I was actually doing.
Some lessons I finished wouldn’t show as completed, and the dashboard was more confusing than helpful. A few times it looked like my progress had reset, and I had to sit there guessing what I had already done, which is the last thing I want when I’m trying to study.

I reached out to support, but the replies felt generic and didn’t really solve anything. For me, studying already takes enough focus, so if a tool makes me second-guess everything, my gut says it’s just not worth relying on.

"Mobile lessons kept freezing"
I tried doing the lessons on my phone, but the videos kept freezing about halfway through. They were lagging badly, so I couldn’t really finish around the lessons like I wanted to...

"Study plan felt generic"
The study plan didn’t really feel personalized to me. It seemed like everyone probably gets the same basic plan, just with a few details swapped out. I also had to explain my concerns more than once because I kept getting transferred, which made the whole experience even more frustrating

"Didn’t feel worth it after paying"
I was disappointed with the instructor. Once I paid and got into the course, I started feeling a bit unsure about what I’d signed up for. Some of the answers didn’t come across as confident, and a few topics were explained in a way that just made things more confusing. For a medical course, I expected someone who really seemed solid and experienced. It might be okay if you only need the basics, but for me it didn’t feel trustworthy enough after I’d already paid.

"Thought it would help more"
I used it to study for a while and thought I was getting somewhere, but when exam day came around, I still felt unprepared. Like, I was reviewing and trying to stay on track... then boom, total panic mode. It just didn’t give me the confidence I was hoping for

"Felt Like the Goalposts Kept Moving"
I had a hard time following the lessons, honestly. The teaching wasn’t very clear, and I kept getting lost because it felt like the expectations kept changing as we went along. Just when I thought I understood what I was supposed to do, the goalposts seemed to move again, which made the whole thing frustrating.

"I got all the way to..."
I got all the way to the payment page, then suddenly it gave off major “trust me bro” vibes. There wasn’t enough clear info about security or how my card details were being protected, so I just stopped there and didn’t pay. Maybe it’s totally fine, but the whole thing felt uncomfortable, like Captain No-Reassurance designed the checkout.

"My gut says the course just wasn’t worth it"
I went into this course expecting the lessons to be clearer and a lot more useful, but my gut feeling early on was that it felt weak. A lot of the content was really basic and seemed kind of rushed, like some topics were only touched on for a minute before moving on. A few sections also felt like they were saying the same thing again without adding much. For the price, I expected better examples and more depth. It just didn’t feel worth it to me.

"Practice tests weren’t what I expected"
I was expecting the practice exams to feel close to the real thing, but they ended up feeling way off. A lot of the questions didn’t match the style or difficulty of the actual exam, and a few of the answers seemed questionable to me. I went in thinking this would help me feel more prepared, but it didn’t really do that. Overall, it just wasn’t worth it for me.

"Site kept freezing on me"
I had a frustrating time with the site. Pages were loading so, so slowly, and it kept timing out whenever I tried to do anything. I tried signing in a few times, and it would either freeze or send me right back to the beginning.

Maybe I just caught it on a bad day, but still, it was annoying, really annoying. After wasting way too much time on it, I ended up giving up. It definitely needs to be more reliable.

"Didn't really help my scores"
I tried Mededuquest for a few weeks because the website made it sound like it would really help improve my scores, but my experience was different. I found the lessons kind of scattered, and some parts didn’t line up with what I thought I was getting based on the site. I still ended up using other resources just to understand certain topics better. My quiz scores basically stayed the same the whole time, so it just wasn’t worth it for me.

"Honestly, the question bank was a letdown"
I don’t know, I was expecting the question bank to be a lot more useful, but it just felt disappointing. The questions didn’t seem very well put together, and overall the quality was lower than I thought it would be

"I’ve been waiting for a reply and..."
I’ve been waiting for a reply and still haven’t heard anything. It’s frustrating when you reach out for help and just get NOTHING back.

"Nice but way too quiet"
I joined hoping there would be more active discussion, but it felt quiet overall. When I asked for help, the replies took longer than I expected, and I was hoping for a faster response. It wasn’t a bad community, just not as helpful or active as I needed it to be.

"I was interested at first, but once..."
I was interested at first, but once I saw the pricing, it just felt too high for what was being offered. I’ve seen competitors with similar features or services at a lower price, so I had a hard time understanding why this one cost so much more. It didn’t feel clearly justified, i wasn’t comfortable paying it. In the end, I decided to walk away because it just didn’t feel like a fair deal.

"Replies could’ve been clearer"
I wasn’t too impressed with the communication. I had a few basic questions before deciding what to do next, and the replies I got felt short and a bit vague.

I don’t think it’s asking too much to get clear answers when you’re trying to make a decision. I ended up feeling like I had to repeat myself, which was frustrating. Maybe other people had a smoother experience, but mine didn’t feel very transparent...

"Didn’t meet my scheduling needs"
I’m particular about keeping my week organized, and the scheduling options just didn’t work for me. Between work, family commitments, and everything else, I really needed more evening or weekend availability.

Trying to move a session around also felt more complicated than I expected. I don’t mind planning ahead, but I do need a little flexibility when life shifts, and this felt too rigid for my personal standards.

If your schedule is wide open, it might be fine. But if you’re like me and need something that can fit around a busy routine, I’d definitely look closely at the availability before committing

"I really wanted to like mededuquest.com, but the..."
I really wanted to like mededuquest.com, but the site felt kind of messy to me. I had to click around more than I expected, just to get to certain pages, and finding courses wasn’t always, super clear. It does work, but it doesn’t feel very smooth, and I got a little frustrated a few times. It might be fine if you don’t mind being patient, but I was hoping it would be easier to use

"The answers don’t really explain enough"
I was kind of expecting the answers to walk me through the reasoning a bit more, but most of the explanations feel really surface-level. Like, they might give you the answer, but they don’t really break down how they got there or why it makes sense, which is the part I actually need. If I’m trying to learn something, I don’t just want the final result — I need the steps, the context, and maybe a little extra clarification so I’m not left guessing. Right now it feels like the explanations are just too short and don’t go deep enough to be genuinely helpful.
